Full Bed Making:

This service ensures full bed making and towel replacement with attention to detail, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction through the following key practices:

  • Complete Linen Change: All existing bed linens, including fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers, will be fully replaced with fresh, clean sets provided by the client.

  • Neat & Professional Bed Making: Each bed will be carefully made with precision and care, ensuring a crisp, tidy, and hotel-quality appearance that is ready to welcome the next guest.

  • Attention to All Bedding: Our team pays attention to every layer—from mattress protectors to throws—ensuring all bed coverings are aligned, smoothed out, and presentable.

  • Full Towel Replacement: We also provide complete towel replacement in all bathrooms. This includes hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats, ensuring that guests have access to freshly laundered bathroom essentials.

  • Consistency & Cleanliness: All linens and towels used are expected to be clean, laundered, and free of stains or damage. If any issues are noticed, our team will promptly report them for resolution.

Full Guest Amenities Restocking:

To ensure your guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming stay, our team offers a Full Guest Amenities Stocking service designed to maintain consistency, comfort, and readiness throughout the property. We take care to thoroughly check and replenish all essential items as part of our detailed turnover process.

  • Room-by-Room Inspection: Each room is carefully checked to identify any depleted or missing amenities to ensure the space is fully prepared for the next guest.

  • Bathroom Essentials: We restock all standard bathroom items including toilet paper, face tissues, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries.

  • Kitchen & Pantry Items: In the kitchen, we restock guest-use supplies such as coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, sweeteners, salt, pepper, basic seasonings, dish soap, and paper towels, ensuring a convenient and thoughtful experience for your guests.

  • Consistency & Clean Presentation: All amenities are neatly arranged and displayed to enhance the presentation and usability of the space, maintaining a professional and guest-ready atmosphere.

  • Custom Stocking Preferences: We are happy to follow any specific stocking preferences or inventory lists to align with your property’s standards or branding.
     

Please Note that after each visit, our team will notify the homeowner of any amenities that are running low or depleted. We kindly ask that the homeowner deliver the necessary items to the guesthouse before or during our scheduled cleaning. If the items are already available in an on-site storage area, our team will retrieve and restock them accordingly.

Our team handles laundry with attention to detail, hygiene, and presentation to support a seamless guest turnover process.

Full Dishwashing:

To maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, our team provides thorough dishwashing services as part of our cleaning routine. We ensure all kitchenware is properly washed, dried, and stored to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and readiness for the next guest or homeowner.

  • Sink-to-Storage Cleaning: All dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware left in the sink will be carefully washed and sanitized using appropriate methods.

  • Dishwasher Handling: If the dishwasher has been run prior to our visit, our team will unload all clean dishes, ensuring each item is thoroughly dried before being stored in its designated place.

  • Handwashing When Needed: For any items that require handwashing—such as delicate cookware or items unsuitable for the dishwasher—our team will clean them carefully and efficiently.

  • Drying & Storage: After washing, all kitchenware will be properly dried and returned to its respective cabinet, drawer, or storage area in a neat and orderly manner.

  • Final Check for Cleanliness: Before completing the task, our team will inspect all items to ensure they are spotless, streak-free, and guest-ready.

Full Trash Disposal & Waste Management:

Maintaining a clean and odor-free environment is an essential part of any professional cleaning service. Our trash disposal process ensures that waste is efficiently removed from all areas of the home, contributing to a tidy and sanitary space for the next guest or resident.

  • Full Interior Trash Collection: Our staff will go through every room to collect and remove all garbage from individual bins, including bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and office spaces.

  • Replacement of Liners: We will replace each emptied receptacle with a fresh garbage liner or small bag, if applicable, to ensure the space is ready for continued use.

  • Litter & Debris Removal: Any small litter, wrappers, or misplaced trash found throughout the home will be collected and disposed of accordingly.

  • Kitchen & Main Bin Handling: The main kitchen garbage bag, along with any additional black (general), blue (recyclables), and green/compost bags, will be removed and relocated to a designated disposal area such as the garage or an exterior collection bin.

  • Flexible Disposal Locations: Our staff will ensure that all garbage is removed from the interior and placed in the appropriate external location as specified by the homeowner.
     

Please Note our service does not include full garbage disposal to off-site landfills or waste centers. We are responsible for removing garbage from the interior and relocating it to an on-site location, most commonly the garage or a designated bin. If the property has a large outdoor bin, our staff will dispose of the garbage there. Alternatively, we can schedule the cleaning visit with the local garbage collection day so that our team can take all waste bags directly to the curb for pickup.

  • Our team will clear out and responsibly dispose of any items left inside the cabinetsdrawers, and closets followed by a thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior surfaces to ensure they are left spotless and refreshed.

Fridge Deep Cleaning:

  • Our cleaners will thoroughly clean the interior of the refrigerator, including shelves and drawers, to remove spills, stains, and residue. If any items are left inside, we will carefully remove and dispose of them as part of the service, ensuring the fridge is left fresh and sanitized.

Cleaning Inside Appliances:

As part of our detailed cleaning services, we offer thorough interior cleaning of appliances such as ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators.

  • Ovens & Microwaves: We remove built-up grease, food residue, and grime of the interior and exterior to restore cleanliness and freshness.

Stove Cleaning:

To support a clean and efficient kitchen environment, we provide detailed cleaning of the stove hood, filters, and surrounding areas, targeting grease, oil residue, and cooking buildup.

  • We degrease and clean stove filters to help improve airflow and reduce cooking odors.

  • The interior and exterior of the stove hood are wiped down to remove grime, oil splatter, and buildup.

  • Stove drip pans are carefully degreased to restore a cleaner surface around your burners.

  • We also clean the backsplash and nearby surfaces that may be prone to oil splatter, ensuring a fresher and more hygienic cooking area overall.

Removing Limescale Buildup:

If the homeowner already has a custom checklist or preferred format, we are happy to follow that instead to ensure consistency with their property standards and expectations.
