Standard Cleaning

Dusting:

As part of our detailed dusting process, we focus on ensuring commonly overlooked surfaces are cleaned with care. This includes:

Nightstands and countertops
Lampshades and light fixtures
Tables and chairs
Picture frames and other decorative items
Ceiling fans (If within reach)
The outer edges and surfaces (i.e. Bookshelves, top shelves)

Please note that while we do not individually dust each book, we ensure the surrounding shelf areas are cleaned.

Vacuuming:

Our vacuuming service is designed to leave your floors looking refreshed and well-kept. Here’s what you can expect:

Complete vacuuming of all accessible floor areas, including carpets and hard surfaces
Use of our own high-quality vacuum with a brush bar attachment to lift debris and refresh carpet fibers
Careful attention to detail—our team finishes with clean, uniform vacuum lines for a neat, polished appearance
Vacuuming under furniture where possible, specifically in tight areas that are accessible with a vacuum hose or feather duster

Please note that for the safety of our cleaners and the protection of your furniture, we do not move heavy or large items during the process. However, we make every effort to reach beneath and around them where possible to maintain a thorough clean.

Mopping:

Our floor mopping service is designed to leave your space looking fresh, clean, and well cared for. We tailor our approach based on your flooring type and preferences, using effective and appropriate cleaning solutions.

We offer a selection of commercial-grade cleaning solutions that are specially formulated to cut through grease, lift dirt, and leave a pleasant, clean scent behind.
For clients who prefer a more natural approach, we also provide eco-friendly and low-odor alternatives, such as a vinegar-water solution, ideal for maintaining a clean environment without strong chemical fragrances.
We ensure all floors are mopped thoroughly and evenly, with attention to corners, edges, and high-traffic areas.
The cleaning solution is applied using professional tools, and we always ensure that the surface is left streak-free and residue-free, helping preserve the finish of your floors.

Make Beds (if requested):

As part of our bedroom cleaning service, we’re happy to make the beds upon request to help create a tidy, well-kept space.

This service involves straightening existing linens, arranging pillows, and ensuring the bed has a neat appearance.
Please note that we do not include full linen or pillow changes as part of this service—our focus is simply on making the bed look refreshed.

We understand that bedding preferences are personal, so this is offered only if requested by the client. If you'd prefer that we not handle the bed at all, that’s absolutely fine—just let us know your preference.

Window Cleaning:

As part of our detailed cleaning service, we offer interior window cleaning to help brighten your space and maintain a polished look.

Our cleaners ensure that all interior glass surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and left streak-free and dirt-free, restoring clarity and shine.
We also pay close attention to detail by dusting and wiping down window sills, leaving them clean and free of buildup.

Please note that we only clean the interior side of windows as part of our standard service.

Bathroom Cleaning:

Our bathroom cleaning service is designed to leave the space feeling fresh, hygienic, and meticulously cared for. We focus on both visible surfaces and often-overlooked areas to ensure a thorough clean.

Window shutters and exhaust fans are carefully dusted to remove buildup and maintain air flow and appearance.
We clean bathroom fixtures such as towel bars, faucets, and handles, ensuring they are dust-free and polished.
Mirrors and glass surfaces are sprayed and wiped down thoroughly to eliminate dirt, smudges, and streaks.
Countertops are wiped clean, leaving a smooth and tidy finish.
For bathrooms with interior windows, we include glass cleaning and sill dusting to complete the space.
We also wipe down shower and bathtub walls, removing soap residue and water marks to maintain a clean, cared-for surface.

Please note that our Standard Cleaning Service does not include the removal of hard water stains (calcium/limescale buildup) on shower or bathtub walls. However, if you'd like this addressed, we’d be happy to include it as an additional service for an extra charge. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly and bring the appropriate products.

Kitchen Cleaning:

Our kitchen cleaning service focuses on creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment—the heart of every home. We take care to address both cleanliness and presentation, ensuring every surface is left looking refreshed.

We wipe down all cabinet exteriors, removing smudges, fingerprints, and streaks to maintain a polished appearance.
Appliance exteriors, including ovens, refrigerators, and smaller countertop appliances, are cleaned thoroughly to remove dust, splatters, and buildup.
Countertops are wiped down and sanitized, leaving them clean, smooth, and ready for use.
The kitchen sink is cleaned and rinsed to remove residue, stains, and water spots, restoring a fresh finish.
We also neatly organize objects on the countertops—such as utensil holders, jars, or decor—to maintain a tidy and visually pleasing arrangement.

Please note that our service does not include dishwashing. If there are dirty dishes present, our cleaners may place them in the dishwasher (if available) to keep the area tidy.

We kindly recommend that clients handle dishwashing prior to the appointment when possible, as this allows our team to focus more time on cleaning and other tasks.

If dishwashing is required, additional charges may apply depending on the amount and time needed.

Trash Disposal:

As part of our cleaning service, we include basic garbage collection to help keep your space tidy and clutter-free.

We remove and replace small garbage bags in bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring that all waste bins are emptied and refreshed.
In the kitchen, we also take care of the larger garbage bag, replacing it with a clean liner as part of our routine.
All collected garbage is taken to the garage or your designated disposal area, so nothing is left behind in your living spaces.

Please note that we only handle garbage removal—we do not collect compost or process recyclables. This allows our cleaners to remain focused on efficient and sanitary removal of general household waste while respecting health and safety guidelines.

Removing Limescale Buildup:

We use professional-grade descaling solutions or a simple vinegar-water solution to safely remove hard water stains from glass shower walls and faucets, restoring shine and clarity while protecting the surface.
