Spot-Cleaning:

We include spot cleaning as part of our Deep Cleaning Service—ensuring your space looks polished and well-maintained without the need for a full wall wash.

Here’s how we handle it:

Targeted Attention: We focus on visibly marked spots such as walls, baseboards, doors, and frames.
Common Marks Removed: This includes everyday blemishes like:
- Streaks or smudges
- Shoe skid marks
- Crayon or pencil lines
- Minor scuffs and handprints
Gentle Yet Effective Methods:
- For most marks, we use a solution of warm water and mild soap, applied with a soft cloth to prevent damage to paint or finish.
- For tougher spots, a semi-abrasive sponge (such as a melamine foam) may be used to buff out the stain without harming the surface.

Please note this is a spot-cleaning service, not a comprehensive wall cleaning. We aim to lift surface marks and improve appearance while maintaining efficiency and care.

Sanitizing High-Touch Areas:

Sanitizing high-touch areas helps reduce the spread of germs, bacteria, and viruses by targeting the surfaces that are most frequently handled throughout the day. This process supports a healthier, cleaner environment—whether for daily living, working, or welcoming guests.

Surfaces we use often:
- Dining tables
- Kitchen countertops
- Desks and workspaces
Commonly handled touchpoints:
- Door knobs and door handles
- Light switches
- Cabinet and drawer handles
- Stair railings and banisters
- Sink handles (kitchen and bathroom)
- Toilet seats and flush handles

How We Sanitize:

We use reliable, health-grade disinfectants that are effective against common viruses and bacteria, while remaining safe for most household surfaces.
All sanitized surfaces are first wiped down to remove dust and debris before disinfectant is applied—ensuring maximum effectiveness.
We pay special attention to frequently used and shared areas, especially in multi-person households or high-traffic spaces.

Why It Matters:

Regular sanitizing of high-touch areas reduces the risk of illness and promotes peace of mind.
It’s a critical step in deep cleaning, and especially in move-in/move-out cleaning.

Cleaning Closets:

As part of our service, we clean applicable closets by focusing on simple but effective maintenance:

Sweeping or vacuuming the closet floor to remove dust, debris, and buildup.
Dusting shelves, baseboards, and cabinet surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
Lightly moving items if necessary to access surfaces underneath, then placing them back in their original position.

Please Note:

Only closets with open doors will be cleaned.
Our cleaners do not rearrange or organize closet contents.
We may carefully shift items to clean underneath or behind them, but rest assured they will be returned to their original spot.
If you prefer a closet not to be cleaned, simply keep the door closed during the appointment.

Cleaning Exterior Appliances:

Our cleaners make every effort to address the areas along the sides and bottoms of large appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. These spaces often collect dust, crumbs, and debris that can impact the overall cleanliness of your kitchen.

We will sweep, vacuum, or wipe down accessible edges and flooring around these appliances.
Whenever possible, we also clean beneath or alongside the units—without moving the appliances themselves.

Please Note:

Cleaning is performed only in areas within safe and reasonable reach.
Our cleaners will not shift or move heavy appliances, but will clean as thoroughly as access allows.

Stove Cleaning:

To support a clean and efficient kitchen environment, we provide detailed cleaning of the stove hood, filters, and surrounding areas, targeting grease, oil residue, and cooking buildup.

We degrease and clean stove filters to help improve airflow and reduce cooking odors.
The interior and exterior of the stove hood are wiped down to remove grime, oil splatter, and buildup.
Stove drip pans are carefully degreased to restore a cleaner surface around your burners.
We also clean the backsplash and nearby surfaces that may be prone to oil splatter, ensuring a fresher and more hygienic cooking area overall.

Removing Limescale Buildup:

We use professional-grade descaling solutions or a simple vinegar-water solution to safely remove hard water stains from glass shower walls and faucets, restoring shine and clarity while protecting the surface.

Disinfecting Trash Bin Exterior:

We use disinfectant sprays to thoroughly clean and sanitize the exterior of trash bins, helping to eliminate germs, odors, and residue.

Cleaning Washer/Dryer:

We clean the dryer by removing and thoroughly cleaning the lint trap to help maintain proper airflow and safety. Additionally, we sweep around and underneath the washer and dryer to remove dust and debris.

Please note that our cleaners will not try and move your dryer or washer but we will try to sweep around and behind them whenever possible.

Cleaning Inside Appliances:

As part of our detailed cleaning services, we offer thorough interior cleaning of appliances such as ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators.

Ovens & Microwaves: We remove built-up grease, food residue, and grime of the interior and exterior to restore cleanliness and freshness.
Refrigerators: Cleaners will sanitize interior shelves, drawers, and surfaces.

Please Note:

Refrigerators must be emptied prior to service for cleaning to proceed without delay.
If the fridge contains items, our cleaners can temporarily remove and replace them; however, additional charges may apply for this service.

Cleaning Cabinets and Drawers:

Please note that Interior cabinet cleaning is included in our deep cleaning service only if the cabinets and drawers are emptied beforehand. If you’d like us to handle removal and replacement of items, please let us know in advance—additional charges may apply.
